Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

Before Shipping

  • If the order has not been dispatched, you may request cancellation by emailing contact@lunarbear.in
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Shipping

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • No refund will be issued

Failed Deliveries

If the courier returns the order to us due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Customer refusal

A reshipping fee may apply for re-delivery.
