Refund & Return Policy

At Lunar Bear, we take great care in packaging and delivering your perfumes.
Since fragrances are personal-use items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

No Returns or Exchanges

Perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is incorrect

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lunarbear.in
2. Provide clear photos or video of:

  • The outer packaging
  • Product received
  • Damage or defect

After verification, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (only if replacement is not possible)

Conditions Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Requests made after 48 hours
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product
